Seacoast Laundry

Export Support

A Clearer Path From Equipment Order to Destination

We help organize shipment details and connect customers with logistics professionals equipped to handle the freight process.

Our Role

Equipment Coordination Backed by a Logistics Network

Seacoast Laundry focuses on supplying the commercial laundry equipment and helping prepare the project for shipment. We do not serve as the freight forwarder, customs broker, or carrier, and we do not complete export documentation on the customer's behalf.

Instead, we can connect customers with independent freight and export businesses that understand regional shipping requirements. Once a provider is chosen, we remain available to coordinate relevant equipment dimensions, quantities, readiness dates, and loading information with the parties involved.

How the Process Works

Four Stages of Export Preparation

Responsibilities stay visible from the equipment decision through the logistics handoff, helping each party plan its part of the move.

Step 1

Confirm the Equipment Plan

Models, quantities, dimensions, and project timing are organized so the customer and logistics partner can work from a defined shipment scope.

Step 2

Connect With a Logistics Partner

When requested, we introduce the customer to freight forwarders or export companies familiar with serving Caribbean and Latin American destinations.

Step 3

Coordinate Loading Details

Equipment information can be reviewed with the selected partner to support container planning, consolidation decisions, and pickup scheduling.

Step 4

Prepare for the Delivery Handoff

The customer works directly with the appointed provider on documentation, ocean or air freight, customs, inland transport, and final delivery arrangements.

Customer and Carrier Scope

Items Managed Outside the Equipment Sale

Keeping these responsibilities with the customer and its appointed professionals avoids confusion about who controls the shipment and destination requirements.

  • Select and contract with the freight forwarder or export provider
  • Approve freight, port, customs, tax, and inland-delivery charges
  • Provide destination documents and consignee information requested by the carrier
  • Prepare the receiving site, unloading method, and local installation resources
